Parking Ample driveway parking available for up to 8 vehicles total (or boats/trailers). Dedicated parking curbs marked "A" and "B" accommodate 2 cars each in front, with space to park 2 additional cars directly behind each set. Please park only in designated spots. Our driveway can accommodate up to 8 cars and there is also free street parking. Early Check-in & Late Check-out Available upon request for $20 per hour (early/late). Earliest check-in is 12:00 PM; latest check-out is 2:00 PM. Early check-in and late check check-out can be set up through your guest portal after booking. To ensure a smooth stay and protect access to premium amenities like our golf cart and hot tub, all guests are required to sign a rental agreement prior to check-in. Once your booking is confirmed, we will send you a link via message to complete this quick online form. Signing the agreement is mandatory to receive check-in instructions and gain access to the property and its amenities. Thank you in advance for your cooperation! Pet Policy & Fees We are proudly pet-friendly! There is a small $10 per pet, per night fee automatically applied when including pets in your booking. The neighborhood is a quiet, residential, dog-friendly area perfect for walks. Neighboring properties have dogs, so occasional barking may occur. Pest Control & Florida Climate: Our homes are located near beautiful wooded areas and are treated monthly by professional pest control. Seeing an occasional dead palmetto bug or insect simply means the treatment is working. To keep pests away, please keep doors closed, store food properly, and clear dishes promptly. No refunds are provided for natural weather or insect occurrences. Weather Policy Florida weather can be unpredictable. We adhere strictly to our cancellation policy (100% refund 30+ days prior; 50% refund 7–30 days prior; no refunds within 7 days) and do not issue refunds for rain or thunderstorms.

You have 100% full, exclusive access to BOTH Unit A and Unit B of the duplex, including both fenced backyards, both outdoor showers, both hot tubs, the pool, both golf carts, the playground, and all parking areas designated for both homes. There are two locked cabinets for our cleaning time in Unit A and one locked bedroom closet. In Unit A there are three locked closets for our cleaning team and owner's belongings.
