Please note we are currently working on updating our landscaping around the house - we are always making improvements. Thank you for understanding! We offer self-check-in with a smart lock and keypad on the door. You have access to the entire home and property. Make yourself at home! This is a separate unit from the brick house next door. Early check-in and late check-out: We request $20 for every hour late or early. For example, check-in at noon would cost $80. No check-in before noon and no check-out after 1 pm. Pets: No pets allowed. This home is brand new and the property is not suitable for pets. Cleaning Procedures: To ensure the safety of our guests, we follow the CDC and EPA guidelines to effectively clean and disinfect our property after each check-out. Our cleaners clean using bleach-based disinfectants, paying additional attention to frequently touched surfaces including door knobs, light switches, and door pulls. The following lists our cleaning procedures when turning over: -Use of bleach-based disinfectant, paying additional attention to high-touch surfaces -High heat wash and dry on linens -High heat wash and dry dishes -Wash comforters between guest stays -Wash rugs, blankets, and pillow covers between each guest -Frequent hand washing Please Note: The ice maker is currently out of service. Please be sure to bring your own ice for your stay!

Property Notes: This is a completely separate unit located next door to the main brick house. Free parking is available on-site. We are currently completing landscaping updates around the exterior of the property.
