No trailers, boats, semi-trucks, etc may be parked in the driveway or on the street overnight. There is a fine of $50 if this policy is violated. Thank you for your understanding! Guest access The home is secured with a temporary unique code for your stay with a smart lock on the door. You have access to the entire house and one parking spot in the garage. Please note the ice maker doesn’t work so you will have to provide your own ice.

Other things to note Per HOA restrictions: No street parking in front of the house. Trailers and boats must be parked in the garage overnight. No trailers, boats, semi-trucks, etc may be parked in the driveway or on the street overnight. There is a fine of $50 if this policy is violated. Thank you for your understanding. Early check-in and late check-out: We request $50 for every hour late or early. For example, check-in at noon would cost $60. No check-in before noon and no check-out after 1 pm. Based on the extensive deep cleaning necessary for longer stays, any booking of more than 7 nights will incur an additional $75 cleaning fee that will be requested shortly after booking. This fee covers the additional laundry and time needed to prepare the home for the next guests.
